Policies and Terms
*125.00 down payment required to reserve event
(non-refundable).
*Deposits will secure your date and pricing for current wedding season.
*Balance is to be paid no later than the day before the event.
*Out of town events subject to travel cost.
*Out of town events must be a minimum 4 hour package.
*Setup will be minimum two hours before the event, and dismantle will be
immediately after the rental period ends.
*Additional rental time available, Agreement must be signed and ONLY
person who hired booth authorized to extend hours.
*Prices subject to change without notice except to those who have paid
their deposit.
Support policies
PAYMENT A deposit as specified upon the Booking form shall be paid by the Hirer to faceboothnl.ca.
FULL payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to the
Hire date. If the Hirer fails to pay the invoice price by the date due
then the faceboothnl.ca has the right to cancel the booking with no
deposit being returned to the Hirer. No refund will be made for low
usage of the facility.
DAMAGE LOSS AND REPAIR The Hirer shall be responsible for the loss,
theft or destruction of or for any damage to the Photo Booth occasioned
in any manner or by whosoever or by any cause whatsoever while the Photo
Booth is at the Hirer's risk (other than as a result of fair wear and
tear) and fully and effectually indemnify the faceboothnl.ca) in respect
of all claims, proceedings, costs, expenses, loss, damage and
liabilities incurred by the faceboothnl.ca arising directly or
indirectly form any such loss, theft, destruction or damage.
The faceboothnl.ca shall not be responsible for any losses or equipment
failure which is beyond its control.
Refund/Cancellation policy
Upon receipt of written notification (email message) of cancellation three weeks prior to Hire date faceboothnl.ca shall refund any monies paid less the Deposit.
Upon receipt of written notification within three weeks prior to Hire date no refund will be provided.
